Following Leanna Cavanagh’s (Mimi Slinger) death in Emmerdale, Sarah Dingle (Katie Hill) has realised how precious her life is.

Recently, she made a huge decision and announced she’d like to find the family of her heart donor.

For someone so young, contacting a donor family is a huge deal and in upcoming episodes, Sarah’s emotions increase as the family are found.

Sarah is fed up when the search for her donor family starts to look fruitless.

Chatting to Noah (Jack Downham), Sarah grows suspicious of him, and it isn’t long until he tells Sarah he thinks he’s found the right family.

Sarah feels excited but Noah reminds her to be careful.

As Sarah gets ahead of herself, Noah grows uneasy by what she’s planning.

Soon, after making a choice, Sarah realises she’s in too deep.

If the donor family decide to contact Sarah, can she cope with this on her own?

If they want to meet, how will Sarah react?
