The Big Bang Theory star Kunal Nayyar has put his Hollywood Hills home on the market for a staggering $3.9 million.

The actor and wife Neha Kapur Nayyar purchased the property almost nine years ago, but are now looking to move on.

Purchasing it in 2012 for just over $2 million, the couple have now listed the property on sale for nearly double the price.

The Spanish-style villa has three bedroom, three and a half bathroom 5,000 square foot Hacienda.

Back in 2017, the couple and their home featured in Architectural Digest, where they spoke about keeping the home in their family ‘for generations.’

‘If we’re fortunate enough, until the day we die, we’re never going to sell this house,’ Kunal said.

”It’s going to be in our family for generations.’

Kunal previously starred as Rajesh Koothrappali in the iconic sitcom The Big Bang Theory, which ended its record-breaking run in 2019.

That clearly still hasn’t stopped the cast being as close as ever, though – as Johnny Galecki loving ribbed his former co-star over a social media post.

Like the rest of us, the 39-year-old has been in desperate need of a trim during lockdown.

But nothing escapes Johnny, who told Kunal over Instagram that he’d actually managed to trim the buttons of his open shirt too…

Nice, guys. Get a room!

The Big Bang Theory is available to stream now on Netflix.
