There has been chemistry aplenty between John Paul McQueen (James Sutton) and George Kiss (Callum Kerr) in Hollyoaks, and — in spite of things having got off to a shaky start — it appears as if there will be more romance on the cards for the pair, as the police officer asks the teacher out on a date.
John Paul was unable to hide his attraction to PC Kiss upon his arrival in the village, and after Sally (Annie Wallace) did some snooping, he discovered that George was also gay.
As a result, the pair decided to go on a date, but James’ (Gregory Finnegan) presence in The Dog soon caused problems, and therefore the potential relationship hit something of a wall.
However, that chemistry was simply too strong for either man to resist, and thus they tried again, as John Paul invited George to Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe) and Sylver’s (David Tag) vow renewal.
In the coming episodes, PC Kiss arrives at the school in an effort to hand out leaflets.
However, he seemingly comes face-to-face with John Paul once more, and — while there — he slips the teacher a note.
The note in question, of course, is an invitation — asking him out for dinner.
Will John Paul say yes?
Will passion ensue?
Fingers crossed!
