In the UK at the moment, it’s almost always possible to scratch a crisis and find Brexit.
The cost of living, political problems with the Northern Ireland Assembly, staff shortages in the NHS, farming, hospitality and more have all been caused or exacerbated by the UK’s exit from the EU.
So Brexit is costing the UK £100 billion a year in lost output according to government's own figures.
That's 11 years worth of EU membership each single year but with none of the benefits.

The man who would happily claim ownership of Brexit – though, in reality, he’s just a particularly large cog in a self-greasing machine – Nigel Farage, has waded in on the state of British politics, with this spectacular lack of insight.
