We recently learnt that Prince Charles accepted literal bags of cash, totalling €3 million, from the former Qatari PM – Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani.
The money, handed over on three occasions between 2011 and 2015, was passed to his charitable foundation.

I knew that the argument for the Royal Family was often that they brought money into the country, I just didn't realise it was so literal. https://t.co/dHCCMm6d2c

Prince Charles getting €1 million cash in carrier bags is clearly shady
However, isn't it odd it suddenly comes out 7 years later in the same week he criticised the Government's Rwanda policy.
It's almost as if someone sat on it for a rainy day.

"Prince Charles will no longer accept large cash donations for charities"

THE SECRET TORY had an idea for how the prince could have spared himself the public condemnation.
He should have just said he was taking a bag of pictures of his mam to get made into an album at Snappy Snaps. https://t.co/4ll87BY7HT
