It’s going to be a long wait for the next episode of Love Island, after a preview for tomorrow night showed Faye Winter screaming at Teddy Soares after the movie night mayhem.
Tonight’s instalment delivered utterly savage scenes, as the islanders were treated to a movie night with a twist, with the girls and boys competing against each other in a quiz for the chance to watch revealing clips of their time on the show.
After Liberty Poole was shocked to watch Jake Cornish admit doubts over his physical attraction towards her in the early days of their relationship, a clip then showed Faye telling the girls that she wasn’t sure if Teddy was ‘funny’ while he was away in Casa Amor.
The clip then showed Faye flirting with recently dumped Sam Jackson, discussing their sleeping arrangements before sharing a spoon with him in bed.
Teddy was evidently startled by the scenes, telling the other boys that Faye hadn’t told him the complete truth as she laughed over the situation with the girls.
However, it appears the tables may turn on Teddy tomorrow, with the preview for the next episode implying that a clip of him is going to be the cause of huge anger and upset for Faye.
In the preview, Faye is standing at the table in the kitchen as Teddy cautiously approaches her.
‘I told you the truth. And you told me jacks**t,’ Faye screams at him.
‘You didn’t f**king tell me the truth,’ she adds, before Teddy seems to say: ‘No, I did lie to you.’
Numerous Love Island fans expressed concern that this could mark the end of Faye and Teddy, with many trying to figure out what the clip could possibly be that enrages Faye.
‘I can’t sleep peacefully knowing Faye and Teddy are in jeopardy,’ one person tweeted.
‘No but I need to understand why Faye was literally screaming at Teddy? To TEDDY?’ another said.
Someone else wrote: ‘I need to see the full movie now .. I literally need to know what Teddy lied about I am so confused. I love Faye and Teddy together please nooo.’
‘Nah I need to know what triggered Faye like that cos Teddy was loyal in Casa Amor,’ another remarked.
After everything Faye and Teddy have been through – is this the final straw?
Love Island returns tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2 and is available to watch on ITV Hub.
