Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) questions Summer Ranger (Rhiannon Clements) about her gaslighting in upcoming Hollyoaks scenes, but will she at last see her for who she truly is?
Last we saw Sienna, she was starting to believe that Summer might be right in speculating that Brody Hudson (Adam Woodward) killed Liberty Savage (Jessamy Stoddart).
Summer, being an expert at all-things manipulation, has been gaslighting her lover for weeks, making her believe all sorts about Brody and what he’s capable of.
Damon, however, has something to say on the matter, as he confronts Sienna in upcoming scenes, questioning her priorities.
It’s clear that the showdown strikes a nerve with Sienna, who subsequently asks Summer if they can hit the brakes somewhat on their relationship.
Summer, no doubt, livid, plays the adoring girlfriend, but some spilt food colouring gives her an idea on how she can up her game.
And before long, she pretends that Brody has returned to the village, and has attacked her!
Sienna is then left in shock, as Summer claims this isn’t the first time he’s done so either.
But who will Sienna believe?
Liberty, meanwhile, who is holed up in Summer’s storage unit, is racked with guilt over Leah Barnes (Ela-May Demircan), believing that she’s killed her following their showdown in the woods.
She therefore writes a condolence card, and swaps it out for the card that Summer intends to put with a cake for Leah’s family!
Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) finds the note, and comes to believe that it’s the Leah’s attacker messing with him, but when Sienna sees the handwriting, she’s overwhelmed, as she realises that Liberty is alive!
She calls Damon to relay the good news, but when Summer overhears, she attempts to convince her lover to let her give the letter to the police instead. Will she listen?
The remains to be seen, but Damon, having put two and two together, tries to get Sienna see what’s right in front of her, telling her that Summer is gaslighting her!
Sienna confronts Summer, who outright denies it.
Things take quite a turn when Brody returns to the village, determined to prove his innocence. Damon secretly meets with him, and suggests that he help him track Liberty down, as locating her would get him off the hook with the cops.
But before going back into hiding, Brody breaks into Sienna’s flat in order to see Faith. What he doesn’t realise, however, is that Sienna and Summer are outside the flat, which forces him to hide!
Will he get caught?
