Coronation Street fans are no doubt desperate to see what happens next, after the thrilling events of this week.
Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce) was up to no good once again, resorting to crime, as he committed a shocking theft in order to keep his secret scheming hidden!
Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott), meanwhile, was left heartbroken, when a devastated Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) ended their relationship, in the wake of Daisy Midgeley’s (Charlotte Jordan) scheming.
And Fiz Stape (Jennie McAlpine) told her story anonymously in the Weatherfield Gazette, leaving Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) livid.
What a week! And trust us, there’s so much more to come.
With Euro 2020 now at an end, you’ll have to wait and catch your Corrie fix on TV, as the soap will no longer be available to stream on ITV Hub every Monday.
We can, however, assure you that next week’s visits to Weatherfield will very much be worth wait, and we’ve got some preview clips to tide you over until then.
Monday July 19 Part One
Brian questions Kevin about the naked calendar he’s agreed to take part in, but it’s clear that Kev is having second thoughts about the whole thing!
He begs Emma to ensure that it’s tasteful, but asks that she refrain from telling Abi about what he’s doing, as he fears it’s insensitive taking part in something like this while she’s still grieving.
Monday July 19 Part Two
Steve confronts Curtis in the bistro, having been tipped off by Debbie that he was wining and dining a young woman.
He berates the young lad for cheating on Emma, suggesting that he should own up to his cruel behaviour. In a shocking move, Curtis does just that, confirming that he was being unfaithful.
However, it’s clear there’s more to this than meets the eye, as Danny tells Curtis should’ve been upfront with Steve.
What is he hiding?
Wednesday July 21 Part One
Carla introduces her fellow factory workers to Laura, revealing that she is going to be the new cleaner.
Sarah, however, is not pleased, as she reminds Carla that Laura attempted to make a pass at Adam!
Oh dear.
Laura, meanwhile, gets settled in to her new position, but when she gets wind of Fiz’s article, it’s clear that a plan to raise some cash is beginning to form in her mind.
Just what is she up to? And how will daughter Kelly, who’s currently facing charges for Seb Franklin’s murder, feel about her mum’s actions?
Wednesday July 21 Part Two
Fiz is enjoying a date in Speed Daal with a man named Phill. That is, until the atmosphere is ruined by Tyrone, who arrives to pick up a takeaway.
Ty is shocked when he sets his sights on Fiz with a new man. Fiz, however, is too focused on Phill, evidently enjoying herself.
Friday July 23
Aadi can’t resist taking a peek at Dev’s photoshoot for the calendar, after Curtis emails him over the pictures.
In spite of Dev’s fears, the photos are tasteful. That is, if you ignore the placement of a particularly hairy kiwi!
Realising that anyone who looks at the photo might mistake the kiwi for… something else… Dev is horrified!
But what will he do?
Coronation Street airs these scenes w/c Monday July 19 at 7:30pm on ITV.
