Co-op opening times on bank holiday Monday

Whether you’re spending the bank holiday sitting outdoors with friends in the park or cooking up a storm for your household, you might find yourself short on supplies.

One of the most ubiquitous supermarket chains across the country is the Co-op, which has stores across the mainland, islands, and in rural areas of the UK.

What opening hours will the chain operate today?

The timings may vary depending on size and location. Here’s all you need to know.

Co-op opening times on bank holiday Monday

Most Co-op stores will be open from 10am to 4pm on bank holiday Monday.

During bank holidays and special times of the year such as Christmas and Easter, some Co-op stores may open later and close earlier than normal.

Petrol stations will generally remain on their normal schedules, while smaller independent stores that sell Co-op products may have reduced opening hours.

When is the next bank holiday Monday?

After the May 3 bank holiday, there is another bank holiday at the end of the month.

This year, the second May bank holiday will be on May 31.
