Officials in South Australia say the state’s lockdown, which began last week, would have been avoided if one infected man had told the truth about a visit to a pizza restaurant. He had said he had only gone to buy some food - and hidden the fact that he worked shifts at the shop. “To say I am fuming is an understatement,” said state Premier Steven Marshall.

Restaurant ad features awkward punctuation error

An advert for Anu's Kitchen in East London caused amusement when it was shared on social media. The apostrophe was missing from the restaurant’s name, so it read “Anus Kitchen”. One person remarked that the restaurant “does excellent rump steak” while another added that “their Shiitake mushroom surprise is interesting”.
