Hailey Baldwin has blasted rumours that she is pregnant with her first child, with husband Justin Bieber.
The model was not happy with the recent speculation that had emerged through the media, and has since taken to her Instagram story to set the record straight.
She wrote: ‘I’m not pregnant. So please stop writing false stories from your “sources” and focus on what’s important aka [also known as] the election.’
Although Hailey and Justin are not currently expecting, the couple have previously spoken about their desire to have a family of their own.
Speaking to Vogue India earlier this year, Hailey, 23, had explained how they hope to raise their future children.
She told the publication: ‘They will be raised knowing how to treat people, why we don’t say certain things and why we respect and acknowledge and give credit where credit is due.’
Hailey joked that she hopes her child will inherit her favourite leather jacket as well, adding: ‘It’s the kind of jacket I would pass onto my child.’
In August, Dwayne Johnson admitted he ‘fully expects’ the pair to have a baby next year.
Commenting on an Instagram snap of Justin, 26, cuddling up to the baby daughter of Hailey’s sister Alaia Baldwin, he said: ‘This image pretty much seals the deal. Fully expect you and H to have a baby in 2021.’
However, in February, the Yummy hitmaker revealed he was not planning on becoming a father anytime soon.
Speaking on Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, he said: ‘I want to start my own family in due time.
‘I want to enjoy being married for a little bit, go on tour, be married, enjoy travelling with just us, build more of our relationship. I think that it’s definitely the next step, for sure.’
Hailey and Justin also marked their second wedding anniversary in September with a cute video shared on social media.
Posting footage of Hailey chilling out at home while listening to music, Justin wrote: ‘2 years today @haileybieber… xoxo.’
The pair had tied the knot a couple of months after getting engaged in July 2018, and later threw a second wedding for friends and family just over a year later in October 2019.
