Sharon Osbourne opened up about her sex life with husband Ozzy, joking that he had ‘had enough for all’.

The X Factor judge met the Black Sabbath frontman, 71, when she was younger, with the pair tying the knot  in 1982.

And, lifting the lid on their intimate life, the 67-year-old revealed the couple still have a very healthy, active sex life after 40 years together.

‘Ozzy was, we all know, way oversexed. That’s no secret. He had enough for all,’ she said on The View.

‘It’s getting less. It used to be three times a day, but it’s much less now. Let’s say a couple of times a week, which is normal in a long, long relationship.’

‘Speaking for the older ladies here: when you’re in a relationship, your relationship has highs and lows. And depending on where you are with your relationship, you love each other more.

‘Sex changes that it’s not just about the sex, it’s about the intimacy. It’s about being with that person that you love. They love you. It just changes.’

Sharon – who shares children Aimee, Kelly and Jack with the music icon – also revealed their sex had become about ‘respect’ as their relationship matured.

‘Those goosebumps that you got changes to something else. It’s a warmth. It’s a respect,’ she continued.

‘It is a feeling of love and comfort, so those butterflies change to that comfort.

‘The thing is, if somebody moves you in a certain way, you love them. You make love. It’s the best thing in the world.’

Sharon and Ozzy recently celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary – which is an eternity in Hollywood.

And the America’s Got Talent star shared a string of photos and sweet videos to mark the occasion.

Taking to Instagram, she penned: ‘40 years together, 38 years of marriage, why did it go so quickly?

‘Wasn’t it yesterday our kids were babies, we were young and thought we knew everything.

‘Your love makes me feel safe and brave, you are a part of me, you’re in my soul forever my darling. Always, your Sharon.’
