On Wednesday, Boris Johnson took us all down memory lane with a reprise of the Downing Street coronavirus briefings, complete with scientific and medical support, to explain the new “rule of six”.
As well as explaining that groups larger than six will be against the law from Monday, he dropped the bombshell that covid-secure marshals will be on patrol to enforce the measure.
