Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) finds herself with some competition in Emmerdale in the form of Manpreet Sharma’s (Rebecca Sarker) sister Meena (Paige Sandhu) — who seemingly takes a liking to Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle).
Unwilling to allow him to get caught up in the DI Malone (Mark Womack) mess, Dawn dumped Billy, claiming that she never loved him.
Of course, viewers know this to be far from the truth, as she was very much in love with him, and had life been different, she would’ve been starting anew with he and Lucas in a place of their own.
However, it wasn’t meant to be, but that doesn’t stop her getting jealous when newcomer Meena evidently sets her sights on Billy.
Upon her arrival in the village, Meena offers Amy (Natalie Ann Jamieson) a helping hand behind the till in The Hide.
Later, she proceeds to flirt with Billy — something which leaves Dawn less than pleased.
The newcomer later asks Billy out on a date — but what will he say?
The answer to that question has yet to be revealed, but a showdown soon ensues between Meena and Dawn — something which leaves Meena injured, and Dawn worried!
