The MTV VMAs are always a star-studded affair, and every artist wants to end the night walking away with a moon man (or four).
Ahead of the show, Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga led the pack with nine nominations each, with Billie Eilish and The Weeknd following closely behind with six nominations apiece.
The MTV VMAs were broadcast from New York on August 30, with performances coming from various locations around the city or virtually from elsewhere.
While they may not have had a live audience as in previous years, the show still had its usual line-up of huge performances from the likes of Lady Gaga – her first VMAs performance in seven years – and BTS.
Here’s who managed to bag one of the coveted MTV VMA awards on the night.
