EastEnders icons Kellie Bright and Letitia Dean join Stacey Dooley for a very special edition of Secrets From The Square tonight.
The Walford legends — who portray Linda Carter and Sharon Watts on the BBC One soap — will look back on all of the previous landladies of the beloved boozer, from Angie Watts (Anita Dobson) to Peggy Mitchell (Barbara Windsor).
They’ll also relive some of their greatest moments behind the bar — as well as those of the queens before them — while revealing some behind the scenes gossip.
What’s more, they’ll tease what’s coming up for their characters, as the final pre-lockdown episode featured Linda handling the landlady reigns back to Sharon.
Of course, both Letitia and Kellie have already joined Stacey for an outing of SFTS, but this time around, they’ll be exploring their close friendship — both on-screen and off — while sharing more stories behind Sharon and Linda’s most iconic and dramatic scenes that took place in the Vic.
What’s more, Stacey will put their landlady knowledge to the ultimate test.
EastEnders was forced to shut down production amid the Covid-19 pandemic and episodes filming prior to lockdown were rationed out in an effort to keep the soap on the air.
However, the last of the aforementioned episodes aired on June 16, meaning that the serial drama was forced to take a break.
Secrets From The Square has been keeping the Monday slot warm in its absence, and a selection of iconic episodes have been airing on the Tuesday — prepping us for what’s to come when the soap returns on September 7th.
