Whisky’s ingredients can keep your skin healthy, according to a new study. The spirit’s by-products can be used in skincare products to boost the skin’s appearance by “reducing inflammation and puffiness, soothing redness and battling free radical damage from the environment”, said Sky News. The researchers at Robert Gordon University’s School of Pharmacy and Life Sciences, Aberdeen, discovered that pot ale provides antioxidant benefits in skincare.
