Search for young Swindon fan

A search is on for a six-year-old boy who wrote a letter to Swindon Town FC saying he and his mother couldn’t afford tickets to watch the team play. The club’s tweet has gone viral and a JustGiving page for “Joe” and his mum has raised nearly £10,000.

An Israeli farmer has grown the world’s heaviest strawberry, reported The Guardian. An expert said the 289g fruit was about five times the average weight of a regular strawberry of the local Ilan variety. The strawberry was 18cm long and 34cmin circumference, according to the Guinness World Records. The previous record was held by a Japanese farmer who discovered a 250g strawberry in his harvest in 2015.
