Instant Hotel star Jannine Barossa has died at the age of 61.
The reality star, who appeared on the first series of the Netflix show, died earlier this summer.
A statement shared on the Barossa Old Garage Bed and Breakfast Facebook page in July read: ‘It is with great sadness that we announce Jannine’s passing on 21st of June 2021.
‘Jannine will be forever missed by her loving husband Mark, daughter Hollie, family, friends B&B guests and fans of Instant Hotel worldwide.’
A tribute poem was shared along with the post, which read: ‘Those we love don’t go away. They walk beside us everyday, unseen unheard but always near.
‘Still loves still missed forever dear, roses are read and so is my wine, refill my glass and I will be fine.
‘Every time you raise your glass, think of our treasured Jannine. RIP.’
The cause of the television’s star’s death is unknown.
Jannine and her husband Mark, who had been together since high school, appeared on Instant Hotel, which showed homeowners compete for the top spot with their property.
The contenders would spend the night at each other’s accommodation and rate one another on a scale of one to 10.
Jannine and Mark were fan favourites on the show as they provided a comedy take on their experience as opposed to the drama from the other contestants.
