Love Island’s Kaz Kamwi snogged Aaron Francis in scenes that aired tonight, getting viewers excited that they could be more than just friends.
After Sharon Gaffka was dumped from the villa, the contestants played a game called cat-itude, with the girls dressing up as cats while the boys assumed the role of the mice.
Having emerged through the giant cat flap and dived into a bowl of milk, Kaz, who is currently in a friendship couple with Aaron, recovered him from the cage and he was then laid down on a giant mouse trap.
Throwing herself into the challenge, Kaz proceeded to kiss Aaron as she sat on top of him.
‘It’s just a bit of fun, huh!’ she laughed in the Beach Hut. ‘Friends kiss, right?’
Clearly taken aback by the shenanigans, Aaron added: ‘I was expecting a two, three-second thing. But that was a lot, weren’t it? That was a lot.’
Viewers were gagged by the scenes at hand, with many unconvinced that their relationship is purely platonic.
‘Kaz and Aaron’s kiss looked more than just friends…,’ wrote one.
‘Nahhh that kiss between Aaron and Kaz was NOT a friendship kiss,’ another added.
Aaron, however, has currently found himself in a love triangle and is currently competing against newcomer Danny Bibby for Lucinda Strafford’s affection.
In awkward scenes, Aaron tried to kiss Lucinda as Danny sat a mere few metres away, with Danny later confronting him over his actions.
Love Island continues on Monday at 9pm on ITV2.
