Kim’s discovery, Tracy’s demand and Faith’s fears make Emmerdale unmissable next week (Picture: ITV)

The week Emmerdale fans have long been waiting for is almost upon us, as Kim Tate (Claire King) inches closer to discovering who her poisoner is.

Viewers will know that Kim has been repeatedly poisoned by a mystery assailant, who has been drugging the brandy decanter from which she drinks.

The Home Farm legend worked out what was going on several weeks ago, and thus she set a trap to expose her poisoner once and for all.

Next week, however, sees things take a shocking turn, after Noah Dingle (Jack Downham) makes a huge discovery about Will Taylor (Dean Andrews).

One thing leads to another, and Kim winds up dead, it would seem!

Say it ain’t so!

This week, much like last, will see Emmerdale’s regular broadcast pattern altered somewhat, due to Euro 2020.

But whether you’re streaming in advance or watching it as it plays out on telly, it’s a week that’s not to be missed, and in order to whet your appetite, we’ve got you a first-look at what’s coming up, with three thrilling clips, which preview the drama to come.

Monday June 21

Jamie shows Kim the evidence against Will

Jamie, having learned from Noah that Will has a box of diazepam in his toolbox, decides to get proof.

Upon doing so, he shows the evidence to mum Kim, who refuses to believe that Will is the culprit, citing his kind and caring qualities as reasons as to why he simply couldn’t be capable of trying to kill her.

Jamie orders Kim to wake up, and as the scene comes to an end, the stalwart of the ITV soap is evidently shocked, as she tries to come to terms with the fact that her beau is seemingly out to destroy her.

But is all as it seems?

Thursday June 24

Tracy struggles with Frankie

Tracy, horrified that Faith almost put a dummy which fell on the floor back in Frankie’s mouth, returns home from the shop with a box of new dummies.

Nate is evidently not pleased, reminding Tracy that they cannot afford this, especially when sterilising the dummy is a viable option.

However, when he makes reference to turkeys up at the farm, Tracy worries if there is something they could catch from them, and thus instructs Nate that from now own he’ll have to shower before touching Frankie.

Friday June 25

Faith can't open up to her daughter

Faith is evidently in pain, but she struggles to open up to daughter Chas about such a thing. Instead, she discusses the progress she believes she is making with Liv.

But will she be able to tell Chas about what she’s going through?

Emmerdale airs these scenes w/c Monday 21 June on ITV. Alternatively, these episodes will be available to view as a boxset on ITV Hub, due to schedule disruptions during Euro 2021.
