Ghislaine Maxwell has dealt with vermin droppings falling through air vents in her jail cell and raw sewage, her lawyer claimed in the latest complaint about conditions she faces behind bars.

The smell of sewage that ‘permeated’ into her cell was so terrible that Maxwell, 59, had to move to another cell, her lawyer Bobbi Sternheim wrote in a court filing on Tuesday night.

Those were just a couple in a list of complaints Sternheim listed about how Maxwell is being treated at Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as she awaits her trial for federal sex trafficking charges.

Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged madam, accused of procuring girls as young as age 14 for him to abuse from 1994 to 2004, is expected to show for her trial in November. The British socialite has denied the charges and failed five times to convince a judge to release her on bail.
