Stamp duty savings
Springfield Place, Tooting, London SW17
From £452,000
Barratt London is extending the stamp duty holiday at this newly launched development of one and two-bedroom apartments, and at all ten of its other London sites.
Buyers reserving selected homes during July or August will have no stamp duty to pay at all, potentially saving £15,000-plus.
Deposit contribution
The Paddocks, Bourne End, Hertfordshire HP1
£550,000
Reserve one of the final two four-bedroom semi-detached houses, in a pretty village just outside the popular market town of Berkhamsted, and you’ll receive up to £15,000 towards your deposit.
These homes, arranged over three storeys, are ready to move into now.
Buckton Fields West, Northampton NN2
From £425,000
Get your deposit boosted by as much as £10,000 when reserving a selected four-bedroom house in this new community.
The homes feature traditional brick façades and generous back gardens, while a new primary school opens on-site in September.
Regency Heights, Park Royal, London NW10
From £375,000
These one, two and three-bedroom apartments are located in one of Britain’s largest regeneration sites, where 25,000 homes are being built and Crossrail and HS2 will interchange.
Buyers of selected homes can benefit from up to £20,000 towards their deposits.

Tailor-made incentives such as flooring throughout, £1,000 towards legal fees and service charge paid for a year are available on some of these two-bedroom flats and three-bedroom houses, located in the heart of the town.

From £104,375 for a 25% share of £417,500
This waterside shared ownership scheme is one of 11 across London where L&Q is providing a £3,000 bespoke furniture pack on one-bedroom flats reserved by July 31.
The whole package
Church View, Tenterden, Kent TN30
From £320,000
Buy a two-bedroom flat at this high-spec scheme near the high street and a leisure centre and get £2,000 for legal fees, service charge paid for two years and a stamp duty contribution where applicable.

June 26: An open day marks the launch of the show home at Sawbridge Park, by David Wilson Homes, in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire. From £505,000 for a three-bedroom house, by appointment only.
June 26 & 27: A homebuyer event at NewHayes in Hayes, west London. Studio, one, two and three-bedroom flats start from £284,000. Reserve during the weekend to get £5,000 towards your deposit plus a £5,000 furniture package.
July 17 & 18: Barratt London is hosting Help to Buy weekends in the sales suites of 11 of its developments across the capital.
