EastEnders legend Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) refuses to let anyone cross him, so it’s safe to assume that revenge will be on the table for one Callum Highway (Tony Clay), after the hard-man discovers his betrayal!

The day Ballum fans have been waiting for arrives next week, as the soap wedding of the years beckons.

Callum, however, is not feeling too great about marrying the love of his life Ben (Max Bowden) given that he recently confessed to having tried to set Phil up!

Ben struggled to process such information, leaving Callum fearing that he’d ruined his chance at happiness, but he wasn’t giving up hope, as he informed his groom-to-be to be that he’ll meet him at the altar on their wedding day.

Callum wakes from this slumber with pre-wedding jitters – worried that Ben might not turn up.

Ben, meanwhile, is still unsure of what to do for the best, and when Phil questions him about what it is that his boyfriend has done, he covers – evidently trying to protect him.

Stuart (Ricky Champ), however, makes a huge error, as he unwittingly drops his little brother in it with Phil – by revealing that he was working undercover on him!

Phil is left seething as all of the pieces of the puzzle fall into place.

Revenge is common practice for the Mitchell icon, but just how far will he go?

Will he attempt to take away the one person Ben holds dear?

Either way, the stage is set for a memorable wedding day, that’s for sure!

One to watch: Tuesday May 11 at 7:30pm on BBC One.
