Faye Windass (Ellie Leach) in Coronation Street had her life turned upside down after Ray Crosby (Mark Frost) attempted to rape her, and one person who’s been by her side throughout her ordeal is Craig Tinker (Colson Smith).
Even though Faye is happy in her relationship with Craig, she has the worry of her court case hanging over her, and when she gets news in upcoming episodes, it risks this relationship ending already.
Faye hears that Ray has been charged with sexual assault but as she returns from her plea hearing, she’s convinced she’s going to prison.
Craig calls at No.4 and suggests to Faye they have a day out to take her mind off the court case.
Faye later visits Gary (Mikey North) in prison and admits she’s been pushing Craig away as she doesn’t want him to put his life on hold while she’s behind bars.
Faye is terrified she will be going to prison for attacking Adam (Sam Robertson), but will Ray being charged with assault mean the consequences she faces aren’t as severe as spending months or even years behind bars?
And will Craig realise Faye is pushing him away?
