WWE has confirmed fans will return at WrestleMania 37 – which has undergone a date and location change as part of the announcement.

The company stunned fans by revealing details for the next three annual events, with John Cena, Roman Reigns – alongside Paul Heyman of course – and Sasha Banks joining Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in a brilliant parody video.

Before we really get into it, the gist is that WrestleMania 37 will now come from the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay in April, with WrestleMania 38 heading to the AT&T Stadium in Dallas and WrestleMania 39 going Hollywood at the SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park.

WWE boss Vince McMahon said: ‘On behalf of everyone at WWE, we thank Governor DeSantis, Mayor Castor, Mayor Williams and Mayor Butts for their graciousness and flexibility in what was a collaborative effort to bring the next three WrestleManias to these iconic stadiums in their world-class cities.’

Here are all the details you need for each show…

WrestleMania 37 will take place across two nights at Raymond James Stadium after plans for last year’s event were impacted massively by the pandemic.

However, we’ll finally get a pirate themed Mania after all, with Tampa Bay hosting this year’s extravaganza across two nights on April 10 and 11.

In a very exciting twist, WWE’s press release certainly makes it sound like fans will be back too, noting that ‘in coordination with local partners and government officials, WWE will announce ticket availability and safety protocols for WrestleMania 37 in the coming weeks’.

The promotion also teased ‘additional WrestleMania Week’ events are due to be revealed in the near future.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said: ‘Florida is excited to welcome back WrestleMania to Tampa in April at Raymond James Stadium. Florida has continued to work with professional sports and entertainment to safely operate while generating revenue and protecting jobs.

‘WrestleMania will bring tens of millions of dollars to the Tampa area and we look forward to hosting more sporting and entertainment events in Florida this year.’

And Tampa Mayor Jane Castor added: ‘The opportunity for Tampa Bay to host WrestleMania in April is, in true WWE fashion, the perfect comeback story and marks a clear indication that our beautiful city is poised to bounce back stronger than ever.

‘We can’t wait to once again showcase all that team Tampa Bay has to offer.’

In 2022, WrestleMania 38 will return to the AT&T Stadium in the Arlington/Dallas area – which promises to be a spectacle because it’s often said, everything is bigger in Texas.

The show of shows is scheduled for April 3 for its comeback to the massive venue, although fans will be hoping this is changed to a two-night event if this year’s is a success.

Arlington Mayor Jeff Williams commented: ‘We are elated for WrestleMania’s return to Arlington’s AT&T Stadium and look forward to building upon the success from 2016 when more than 101,000 fans were in attendance for WrestleMania 32.’

WWE WrestleMania 39 date and location

WrestleMania was meant to take ‘go Hollywood’ for 2021, but after the pandemic laid waste to last year’s plans for Tampa Bay, the decision was made to allow that city to host in April.

This means Los Angeles will have to wait, but the huge event will be coming to SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park on April 2, 2023.

Inglewood Mayor James T. Butts Jr. said: ‘The City of Inglewood looks forward to the opportunity to host WrestleMania in 2023 and celebrates the deferral of this year’s event to Tampa Bay so they can have their rightful WrestleMania moment.

‘Our time will come.’

On a side note, it was great to see John Cena back for this part of the announcement!
