Mum reveals how she makes quick doughnut balls with just three ingredients

Sometimes the cravings for something sweet just take over and you need a treat that is quick and easy but delicious.

One mum has the perfect solution – three ingredient doughnut balls.

Australian Chantel Mila revealed her recipe to her TikTok followers and showed just how easy it is in a quick clip.

She mixes two cups (260g flour), 3/4 cup (180ml) and three tablespoons of sugar in a bowl to form a dough.

She then scoops out bits and rolls into balls, before deep frying until golden.

She says you can also use an air fryer to cook them.

Once cooked but still hot, she rolls in more sugar and says that for an extra treat, you can add coat them in a little cinnamon or inject them with chocolate.

You could also try jam if that’s your favourite filling.

Chantel added the caption: ‘So delicious – save this one for later.’

The mum has built a big following on TikTok by sharing her quick recipes and cleaning tips.

Another popular treat she made before Christmas was hot chocolate bombs.

She melted chocolate and spread it on a silicone mould, using the back of a teaspoon.

Once each half is set, she fills one half with a teaspoon of hot chocolate powder and mini marshmallows.

She then takes the other half of the sphere and melts it slight around the edge to stick the two together.

The idea is that you can drop the bomb into a cup of hot milk and the contents will spill out as the chocolate shell melts.

Hot chocolate and a doughnut ball sounds like the perfect January treat.
