Now its November and we’re back in lockdown, the novelty of creative cooking has worn off a bit.

Rosa’s Thai Cafes and the Thailand Tourism Board are celebrating 75 years of the country’s favourite dish with the launch of the first Rosa’s DIY Pad Thai kits.
Since founder Saiphin Moore opened the first restaurant 12 years ago in East London, they’ve sold over 1.4 million pad thais, and now you can make your own at home with an easy kit that includes Rosas’ signature pad thai sauce, and a QR link to a step-by-step cookalong video.

Flat Iron Butcher’s Box
Stock your kitchen with all things meat thanks to Flat Iron’s new limited-edition Butcher’s Box, which will whisk the best quality beef (from its herd of Dexter cattle in Yorkshire) to your doorstep.

Pasta masters Bancone are offering at-home pasta assembly kits alongside starters and desserts, so you could be turning out perfect bucatini cacio e pepe (£18, serves two), spicy pork & n’duja ragù mafalde (£23, serves two) or spinach and ricotta mezzaluna ravioli with sage butter (£26, serves two).
Starters include the likes of a salumi selection, or burrata with marinated beetroot, while the sweet-toothed should pounce on coconut panna cotta or dark chocolate parfait.
Wine and prosecco are on offer too.
Ampeli At Home, available in London
Fitzrovia restaurant Ampéli aims to bring you a flavour of the Mediterranean with Ampéli At Home, a range of seasonal ‘finish at home’ feast boxes.
Each box contains a selection of delicious sharing dishes you’d find across Greece, such as roasted cauliflower with labneh and green olive tapenade, slow-cooked lamb shoulder souvlaki with citrus potatoes, and baklava with mountain tea syrup.
A range of modern Greek wines is available too. From £65 for two.
Indian meal boxes, available nationwide
Anyone who’s sampled Gymkhana, Trishna or Brigadiers restaurants will be delighted to hear they’re making their creative dishes available nationwide. There’s everything from spices to cocktails but it’s the meal boxes that impress.
Try the Brigadiers Mixed Grill Experience (£90 for four), with BBQ butter chicken wings, goat tikki bun kebabs and more; or the Gymkhana Experience (£140 for four), with wild muntjac biryani, kid goat methi keema, masala lamb chops and dal.
ASAP Pizza, available in London
ASAP Pizza is offering delivery and takeaway from Flor in Borough Market and Michelin-starred Lyle’s in Shoreditch.
Classics include Marg & Rita with tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil and spenwood cheese, or the Spice Grrl with tomato and ’nduja sauce, caciocavallo, honey and Sicilian oregano.

Lu Ban Kitchen Heart At Home , available nationwide
Liverpool’s Lu Ban Kitchen is sharing its premium Chinese cuisine with the rest of the country.
You can order its Heat At Home dishes – all serving two – such as vegan faux duck and pancakes (£16), mushroom and pak choi dumplings (£10) or crisp kao pork belly (£20); or go for a banquet, which includes jasmine baby ribs, kung pao chicken and noodles (from £50).
