Two campmates have been voted off I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! in a double elimination.
On Monday night’s instalment, 10 celebs became eight after Victoria Derbyshire and Beverley Callard were booted from the series.
Opera singer Russell Watson also took on his first solo trial titled Rancid Rotisserie, where he bagged five meals for camp.
And to be fair, it was pretty rancid.
While, elsewhere, the topic of conversation in the castle was about the mystery phantom dribbler – and we are dying to know who the culprit is.
If you missed last night’s episode, here’s everything you need to know.
Two celebs leave the castle
On Monday’s episode, hosts Ant and Dec threw a spanner in the works by revealing two celebrities would be given the boot.
It was a tense moment for the stars as the hosts slowly called out each person’s name.
But in the end, it was soap star Bev and journalist Victoria’s time to go.
Speaking to the comedy duo about her experience, Bev began: ‘Absolutely mind-blowingly wonderful. We’re sad to go but also happy to go.’
‘I don’t know, honestly I truly don’t know [how I coped].
‘I truly feel as though I’ve got no survival skills whatsoever,’ she added.
‘You just do it though, don’t you? And you think, ok I’m covered in bugs but if I lift my head for one second, everyone loses a meal. Your mind goes into a different place.’
Talking about her time on the show, Victoria told the hosts: ‘You know what? It’s been absolutely amazing. It’s been – marrying Mark, having my two boys and this – it’s been up there. Seriously, it was incredible.’
‘There were some elements that were hard,’ Victoria continued.
‘But I feel like I’ve squeezed the life out of every moment in there. The people were just incredible. We laughed, we cried, we shared a lot of stuff.’
Who is the phantom dribbler?
Shane Richie insisted to his campmates that he wasn’t the phantom dribbler peeing on the toilet seat.
Your fellow celebs beg to differ Shane.
During the show, Shane explained that he went to the privy (toilet) in the middle of the night, when he was greeted by a little surprise.
The former EastEnders actor said someone had dribbled wee on the toilet seat before he had got there.
Talking in the Telegraph, Shane began: ‘I’ve had a dodgy stomach and the last thing anyone will do is stand when they go to the toilet.’
The campmates have since speculated among themselves as to who the mystery dribbler is.
Radio 1 DJ Jordan North denied it was him, and joked that the phantom dribbler is the former soap star.
Victoria and Bev were also pointing their fingers at Shane.
Shane Richie comes under fire from fans…again
The former EastEnders star has been criticised by fans after he appeared to mock Russell after he took part in a trial.
In the challenge, Russell had to answer a round of general knowledge questions, and for each question he got right, he got a star for camp.
But, it wasn’t as straight forward as that, because at the same time he was strapped to a rotisserie and spun through a rather grim batter.
After winning five stars Russell went back to the castle tell them all about it.
However, in the Telegraph afterwards, Shane accused Russell of ‘milking it’ as he proceeded to do an impression of him singing – and it didn’t go down well with some viewers.
‘He wanted to milk it,’ Shane began.
‘He wasn’t gonna come in and tell us how many stars he won and what it was.’
Beverley Callard is a vegan guys
Beverley has cleared up any doubts that she is not a vegan.
Speaking to Ant and Dec after her exit, the actress insisted that she went vegan in March, and that it wasn’t because she was going on the show.
There has been some chat about your veganism and some doubt to the validity of it,’ Dec probed as he proceeded to cite her on-screen son Simon Gregson’s suspicions.
‘Come clean now,’ Ant urged. ‘Is it just for the show?’
‘No,’ Beverley insisted. ‘I started it in March because I had an operation and I saw this documentary that said joints heal quicker if you’re plant-based.’
Hitting out at Simon for questioning her, Beverley continued: ‘He knows I’ll give him a slap when I see him.’
Beverley also raised eyebrows over her veganism when she appeared to eat a scotch egg during her I’m A Celebrity stint.
However, her daughter shared that producers were providing Beverley with meat-free alternatives.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! airs daily at 9pm on ITV.
