Some Great British Bake Off viewers were unable to watch the quarter-final online, as All 4 appeared to crash.
It was dessert week in the Bake Off tent, with Marc, Peter, Hermine, Laura and David vying to impress Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith, and make it into the semi-final next week.
Unfortunately, many fans couldn’t watch the drama unfold on the Channel 4 show, as the online on-demand service stopped working.
Instead, they were met with an error message, which read: ‘Technical issues. We’re working on it.
‘Error. There is currently a problem with this area of the site.
‘Please try again in a few minutes.’
Taking to Twitter, a viewer penned: ‘@All4 isn’t working to watch live #GBBO and I can’t catch up with it with my husband till Thursday.
Another questioned: ‘WHYYY can’t i watch bake off on @All4?
‘Sweeties I have very little to look forward to rn don’t take this away from me!!!’
‘Please @All4, I just want to watch Bake Off before I get spoilers, but I’ve been getting this message for the past 45 min,’ a follower begged.
‘:( I’ve updated to latest chrome version, restarted computer… pretty please @Channel4 – can you fix it?’
‘Trying to watch #gbbo but C4 On Demand is down,’ one commented.
‘Once again the Brits have my nuts in a vice.’
Thankfully, it looks like the error has now been resolved on the site, meaning fans can finally get their cake fix.
Metro.co.uk has contacted Channel 4 for a comment.
Great British Bake Off continues on Tuesdays, at 8pm, on Channel 4.
