When Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) and Harriet Finch (Katherine Dow Blyton) buried the body of corrupt killer detective Malone in the church graveyard, the Emmerdale couple thought that they were shot of him forever.
But an unfortunate turn of events which sees the daughter of the man buried in the same grave urn up is about to blow open the whole dire situation. And Will may be forced to take the fall.
Despite what has happened between himself and Harriet, Will would protect her and Dawn (Olivia Bromley), whatever it takes.
So when Jean, the visitor to the grave, informs Harriet she plans to exhume the body of her father, Harriet is beside herself with panic and tries to get the bishop to put a stop to it.
But with the bishop opting to visit her face to face to discuss it, Harriet is forced to confide in Will that they are in deep trouble.
Will declares they need to do something now but what does he have planned? Is he preparing to dig up Malone’s body in order to move it elsewhere?
It’s a small village – so will he be caught in the process? And if so, will he take the blame for the death of Malone, even though Dawn pulled the trigger?
Or can the trio somehow get away with this?
