Tiger King’s Carole Baskin has been booted off Dancing With The Stars after finding herself in the bottom two for the second week running.
The Big Cat Rescue founder, 59, failed to impress the judges during a Disney themed night and was sent home along with dance partner Pasha Pashkov having performed the samba to The Lion King’s Circle Of Life.
Carole continued her feline-inspired outfits and hit the dancefloor while dressed as a lion.
She was awarded only 12 out of a possible 30 for her efforts, with Bruno Tonioli only giving her three points.
The star of the Netflix documentary found herself in the bottom alongside actress Anne Heche and ultimately, the judges opted to save Anne.
‘My husband is going to be so happy I’m coming home,’ Carole said upon leaving the show.
During the opening episode earlier this month the family of Carole’s ex-husband Don Lewis aired an advertisement appealing for information on his disappearance.
Carole has consistently denied any involvement in the death of Don, which was a theme of Netflix’s breakout docuseries Tiger King.
Last week, a cadaver dog picked up the scent of human remains near the lake house of Carole’s missing ex-husband, it had been claimed.
Carole’s former husband disappeared in August 1997, and was declared dead five years later. His body has never been found.
According to reports made by The Sun, a dog that has been trained to sniff out human remains detected a smell close to his property in Florida.
However, the publication claimed that after the animal allegedly sniffed the smell, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office sent detectives to take a look – but they were unable to find anything due to ‘poor conditions’.
Dancing With The Stars airs Mondays on ABC in the US.
