The UK’s official coronavirus death toll has risen to 41,369 after another three people died.
The Government figures released on Tuesday also show the total number of confirmed cases overall now standing at 319,197.
In other news, lockdown in Leicester has been partially relaxed from today, with nail bars, outdoor pools, and beauty salons now allowed to reopen.
However, residents in the lockdown area will not be able to meet inside a private home or garden with anyone not in their support bubble.
