Two men arrested after Ryanair flight made emergency landing due to explosives note

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of making threats to endanger a flight after a Ryanair plane was forced to make an emergency landing at London Stansted Airport.

The plane, which was on its way to Dublin from Krakow, in Poland, was diverted after a note was found in the toilet claiming there were ‘explosives on board’.

Essex Police say two men, aged 47 and 26, are now in custody.
