The creators of Queer Eye have gone and dropped another tear-jerking series onto Netflix, seeing the streaming platform grant eight couples their dream wedding in the new show, Say I Do.

While we can’t forget the Fab Five, you are about to fall in love with three new faces here to make the bride and groom’s wishes come true.

Interior designer Jeremiah Brent is on hand to make sure the venue looks exquisite, while fashion designer Thai Nguyen takes care of the dress.

And chef Gabriele Bertaccini joins the duo to make sure the wedding breakfast is a feast on the eyes for the newlyweds.

But don’t worry about getting a replica of the makeover show we all love to indulge ourselves in, as the trio have reassured fans that Say I Do is nothing like Queer Eye in the slightest.

We guess you can’t French tuck a wedding dress.

‘It’s so different than Queer Eye,’ Nguyen told Entertainment Weekly ahead of the show’s launch.

‘With Queer Eye, it’s everyday life, he added. ‘But this show, Say I Do, it’s about a fantasy. It’s about a dream.

‘Some of these brides and grooms, they dream about this day their entire lives. But with obstacles in their lives, they cannot pursue their dreams. So, here we come in.’

Our weekend viewing is sorted.

The concept of the show sees eight deserving couples who have always wanted to get married, finally tie the knot at a ceremony of their dreams.

And it doesn’t just scrape the surface of their relationship, oh no, viewers get to learn all about their love story and what matters most to them when they do eventually say their vows.

We can already feel the tears coming!

The three experts will help the groom plan an exceptional proposal for their ‘spouse to be’ before planning their wedding and watching the happy couple walk down the aisle to become man and wife.

If there’s anything the world needs right now, it is love – just make sure you have your tissues at hand before pressing play.

Say I Do is available to stream on Netflix now.
