Friends stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow have taken the time to remind their fans to register to vote for the upcoming US election.
The trio, who played Rachel Green, Monica Gellar and Phoebe Buffay in the hit NBC sitcom, implored the public to be prepared to cast their votes later this year in a video and picture shared on their social media.
Lisa posted a picture alongside her former cast mates with the caption: ‘Friends don’t let friends skip elections.’
Meanwhile, Courteney uploaded a video of the friends embracing with the same tag line written across the clip.
Jennifer also got involved and added a picture from her time in Friends of a shocked Rachel alongside the text: ‘When you realise there are only 100 days until election day.’
The 2020 United States presidential election is scheduled for Tuesday 3 November and will be the 59th event.
Voters will select presidential electors who in turn will vote on December 14, 2020 to either elect a new president and vice president or reelect the Donald Trump and Mike Pence respectively.
Ahead of the election, Jennifer, Courteney and Lisa will be reuniting with Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer for the hotly-anticipated Friends reunion.
The special was originally supposed to air in May before coronavirus threw a spanner in the works of the comeback.
But now lockdowns are being lifted, the team behind the HBO Max special are hoping to get the show on the road for August.
Friends is available to stream on Netflix in the UK.
