Kyle Kelly (Adam Rickitt) took his own life in devastating scenes during the latest episode of Hollyoaks, and during tonight’s instalment, the residents of the eponymous village discover what’s happened.
Kyle did everything he could to give Nancy (Jessica Fox) the best day she’d ever had.
After spending the afternoon with the kids as they watched a film, he whisked her off to The Hutch, where they had a romantic meal for two.
However, after Nancy bid him adieu, Kyle lost his smile.
The young man then took his own life, and Darren (Ashley Taylor Dawson) — who’d become determined to track him down — was left devastated when he realised what had happened.
In tonight’s instalment, emotions are running high, as Nancy learns the news via Darren, and it’s safe to say that she’s heartbroken.
Kyle’s death affects many of the village’s residents, and the blame is shifted from one resident to the next.
An upset Brooke (Talia Grant) struggles to comprehend what has transpired, and therefore Ollie (Aedan Duckworth) does his best to calm her down.
Will Nancy realise what Kyle was going through?
What’s more, will Darren open up about his own battle with depression?
